CONTRACT MANAGEMENT POLICY RESULTING FROM BILL 76
The present « Contract management policy » is adopted pursuant to Section 938.1.2 of the Municipal Code. Pursuant to this provision, every municipality must adopt a contract management policy pertaining to municipal contracts and providing measures to ensure a healthy competition between the parties contracting or wishing to enter into a contract with the Municipality of West Bolton.
